Compensation: $75,000 $150,000+/year (Salary+ Bonus)

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive team in Waldorf, MD. In this role, you'll help customers understand their vehicle needs, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth and professional service experience.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with repair and maintenance concerns
• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Communicate clearly with customers about diagnostics and repair needs
• Work with technicians to coordinate service recommendations
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote maintenance plans
• Support team performance and contribute to a positive shop culture

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Team leadership experience is a plus
• Familiarity with service software (like Tekmetric or Mitchell)
• ASE certification preferred but not required
