Job Description

Overview: Williamsburg Smile Care is seeking a friendly, dedicated, and outgoing Dental Assistant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, playing a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting the dentist in various procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Duties: Assist dentists during examinations and procedures across specialized areas including prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. Perform dental imaging tasks such as taking quality X-rays. Assist with treatment planning, dental charting, and preparing treatment rooms. Sterilize instruments following infection control techniques. Perform coronal polishing, fabricate temporary crowns, and perform intraoral scanning. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Manage inventory and order supplies.
