Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our busy family practice clinic. This role is essential in supporting providers and delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Escort patients from the waiting area and prepare them for examination Obtain and record patient vital signs Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Perform medication reconciliation Conduct EKGs as needed Administer injections and medications as directed Return patient phone calls and assist with patient communication Complete medication and radiology prior authorizations Communicate lab results to patients Schedule diagnostic testing and follow-up care Assist providers to ensure efficient clinic operations Requirements Qualifications: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required Family practice or clinic experience preferred, but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and patient care skills Dependable with a strong commitment to professionalism Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional overtime may be required Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods (50% or more of the workday) Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Additional Information: This position is designated as safety-sensitive Work Location: In-person #J-18808-Ljbffr
