Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

We are seeking 10 diligent and energetic warehouse workers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be picking orders and operating an electronic pallet jack to stack pallets with products such as 12 packs and liter crates. You will be required to wrap pallets once they are full and load them onto trucks, utilizing a headset for communication throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate an electronic pallet jack.

• Stack pallets with various products, ensuring proper handling and organization.

• Wrap full pallets securely and load them onto trucks.

• Communicate effectively using a headset throughout the warehouse.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking, shipping, and receiving.

• Proficiency in operating a palletizer, pallet jack, and forklift.

• General labor skills in a warehouse setting.

• Ability to lift and stack 20-50lbs consistently.

• At least 6 months of prior warehouse experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

• Adaptability to fast-paced work and ability to work long hours during busy seasons.

Work Environment

Work in a busy warehouse environment on the 2nd shift with around 25 employees. The facility is very clean, and you will be required to adhere to designated break times. Shifts start at 2 PM and can extend late into the night, especially during the busy season. Be prepared to work up to 16 hours straight before holidays. The physical nature of the work means you might experience initial soreness from stacking pallets, but most employees acclimate quickly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OMAHA, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
