You will provide non-medical care including companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect.Maintain detailed care logs, report client changes to the office immediately, and ensure your services remain in full compliance with HIPAA and electronic visit verification (EVV) standards.Work closely with the office staff to provide the "Senior Care, Only Better" experience. You'll be the person the family relies on for peace of mind.Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage in recreational activities, conversations, and tasks that improve our clients' quality of life.You've spent time in home care, assisted living, or nursing, and you know that your work is a craft, not just a series of tasks.
