About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Aide to join our team at Cornerstone Preschool and Childcare. As a Preschool Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum for preschool
• Provide care and support for preschoolers' physical, emotional, and social development
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on children's progress
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
• Assist with serving meals and snacks, diapering and potty training, and nap time routines

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
