The Role Reporting to the Marketing & Partnerships Associate Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will help with day-to-day execution across our social media channels, while supporting key initiatives in creator relations, events, partnerships, and research. At its core, this role is about building our new products' social presence and telling our story online. However, as part of a lean and fast-moving startup, no two days will look exactly the same. You may spend one day filming and planning a content calendar, and another helping What You’ll Do Assist with social content planning, trend research, creator collaborations, and content capture for office, event, and behind-the-scenes moments. Support day-to-day marketing and partnership initiatives, helping bring campaigns, launches, activations, and new ideas to life. Build and maintain organized lists of brands, creators, influencers, press contacts, potential partners, and leads; support outreach and meeting preparation as needed. Assist with creator sourcing for campaigns, giveaways, events, and partnerships, as well as building out our influencer and press databases. Help develop and grow the College Ambassador Program and other community-building initiatives. Create weekly trend reports covering social, creator, fashion, beauty, and cultural trends, while monitoring competitors and identifying new features, activations, campaigns, and strategies. Keep Google Drive, marketing resources, outreach databases, partnership trackers, and other internal tools organized and up to date while supporting additional projects as priorities evolve.
