Managing Partner in Training Location: 4350 Gannon Lane, Dallas, TX 75237 Reports to: Managing Partner Job Type: Full Time, Salary Position Overview The Managing Partner in Training is an individual who quickly adapts to Crunch Fitness culture while demonstrating a high‑performance mindset. This role delivers results with speed and urgency, creates a welcoming environment for team members and guests, and supports the core values of hard work, creativity, and community. What You’ll Do Drive club profitability by energizing the team around clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Focus on member satisfaction and retention, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain a clean, fully operational facility. Lead performance through hiring, onboarding, coaching, KPI tracking, staff scheduling, and payroll. Uphold high standards for compliance, inventory, and the overall club experience. Responsibilities Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives Ensure member resolutions are completed promptly and focus on member retention Monitor and score staff performance to meet or exceed KPI standards Recruit, hire, and onboard outstanding talent Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance Provide exceptional customer service focused on member experience Maintain a clean, ready‑for‑member facility 24/7 Manage payroll and scheduling to keep the club adequately staffed at all times Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards Monitor inventory and restock as needed Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing performance Qualifications Minimum 2 years of fitness or service‑oriented management experience Experience supervising a team of at least 15 members Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promotion, and removal of staff Experience in labor management and inventory control CPR/AED certification required (obtainable within 30 days of hire) Ability to take assertive action, innovate, and solve problems Knowledge of key metrics and drivers for business growth Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software Financial investment capability in the Managing Partner opportunity Physical Requirements Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds; may require standing or bending for prolonged periods Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred Travel No travel required Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance for full‑time positions Basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Short‑term disability coverage Free gym membership EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug‑free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
