Guest-Focused Asset Protection Specialist

Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) to blend hospitality, safety, and security in a cannabis retail setting. You will be the welcoming face, manage check-ins, and uphold compliance while maintaining a calm, guest-first environment. In this role you will deter incidents, monitor entrances and perimeters, de‑escalate situations, and support store operations with safety and guest flow. Flexibility for varying shifts is required and punctual attendance is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
