Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post‑clinicals. Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Must submit screening questions and current resume prior to assignment. Preferred Qualifications Experience scheduling productivity of approximately 55–63 patients per week with typical treatment cadence of 2 treatments per hour and 1-hour evaluations. Prior travel or temporary assignment experience preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:00–16:30. Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Schedule flexibility includes options such as 4x10, 5x8, or 4x9 with additional hours on Friday. EMR: Raintree. Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Travelers must complete three HealthStream modules prior to assignment. Agency will be reimbursed with a lump sum upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
