A leading food service management company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Experience to enhance client satisfaction and retention in K–12 nutrition services. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and oversee client engagement efforts. With a strong focus on relationship management and data-driven strategies, the VP will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to align services with district goals.
