Come join us!RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial projects.Job DetailsAs a foreman, you will assume a critical role in the installation of commercial electrical systems, effectively leading and supervising a team of 2-3 individuals, ensuring adherence to stringent safety, quality, and efficiency standards, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and growth.Reporting Relationship(s)Project ManagersResponsibilitiesInstallation of electrical systems, while leading a team of electricians and apprentices.WorkplaceMetro Atlanta Area, may be indoors or outdoors depending on the project site.Daily TasksCommunicating with superintendent regarding daily goals and assignments.Ensure materials are readily available and organized.Maintain high standards of workmanship, performing tasks according to OSHA and company standards.Effectively communicate task status with the superintendent.Lead a team of electricians and apprentices to maintain the project schedule.Leverage technology to enhance communication and efficiency.Ensure personal and team use of work tools adheres to safety regulations.Read and interpret conduit drawings and blueprints, installing accordingly.Represent 5 Points Electrical in a professional manner.Ensure efficient team performance, implementing suggestions to improve job productivity.Complete and submit required paperwork efficiently and accurately.Required Experience and Skills3+ years of electrical experience (commercial experience preferred)Basic low-voltage experienceBasic computer skillsKnowledge of: National Electric Code (NEC), Construction safety requirementsAbility to read and interpret plansStrong safety consciousnessValid driver's licenseDesired Experience and SkillsProficient knowledge of the NECFluent in SpanishSkilled at reading and interpreting plansStrong leadership skillsSuperintendent/foreman experienceKnowledge of prefabrication techniquesOSHA 10/30 certifiedKnowledge of NFPA 70EPossess a Journeyman's LicensePossess a Master Electrician's LicenseCertified in Scissors Lift/Boom Lift/Telehandler operationKnowledge of low voltage, fire alarm, and lighting control systemsExperienced with Bluebeam, Fieldwire, Rexit, Conest, AutoCAD, and BIM softwareWhat Do We Have To Offer?We value all members of the 5 Points Team.
