Job Title: Certified Nurse Midwife

What You’ll Champion:

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Opportunity – Open to experienced midwives and new graduates

• Flexible schedule featuring six 24-hour hospital shifts per month and two 8-hour clinic days monthly

• Provide inpatient care, labor & delivery coverage, and rounding at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital

• Manage patients from established Lancaster County OB/GYN practices (Ephrata, City Gate, Cocalico), ensuring continuity of care

• Deliver comprehensive women’s health services across the lifespan with a focus on pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health

• Ideal for CNMs seeking a dynamic role in labor & delivery, obstetrics, and outpatient clinic care

• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a high-quality, patient-centered care environment
