Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas.
- Assist with food handling, preparation, and cooking as needed while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety and customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a grocery store, restaurant, or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
