Shift Manager

Pay $16.50 – $19 per hour. Employment Information This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. All employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are handled by the franchisee, who is the sole employer. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
