• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience in acute or comparable settings; previous travel experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide symptom management and comfort care to palliative care patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
• Monitor and manage uncontrolled pain, nausea, fatigue, and other symptoms
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Document patient progress using EPIC electronic health record system
• Support new unit operations during opening and training phase
• Educate patients and families on care plans and symptom control

What You Need

• Ohio RN license and BLS certification
• At least 2 years of recent RN experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR required
• Ability to float within different inpatient units
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
