Surgical Tech - Certified Surg Tech

CST/ORT

This position requires on-call duty one day each week and one weekend that includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The unit has a total of three beds and four staff members. Day shift consists of two RNs and two CSTs. Night shift is call only. Patient ratios are 1:1. The unit utilizes EMR Meditech Expanse for documentation. Candidates are preferred who have experience with robotic procedures, total joints, laminectomy, kyphoplasty, and carpal tunnel surgery. Approximately 10-15 days of call per month will be required due to low case volume, which could decrease as staffing increases. Best personality fit is essential for collaboration and teamwork.
