What this job involves:The Performance Analyst has responsibility on an account/platform for data, reporting and analytics processes that touch all aspects of service delivery to be consistent with corporate standards. This role is critical to the success of the client relationship in driving performance management, process improvement and innovation through fact-based decision making. Using experience, you will uncover several perspectives on a problem or opportunity, determining any and all drivers or barriers to successful performance, and make recommendations based on what is discovered. You will understand contract key performance indicator and reporting requirements and client expectations while devising and promoting creative data visualization to derive actionable intelligence. You will develop automated tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights to business data, analyze trends of monthly Key Performance Indicator results for performance improvement concepts, and provide subject matter expertise for all data-related processes and analyses. Your ability to process large amounts of data in an organized manner, use advanced statistical concepts to determine significant sources of variability, and convey complex concepts into widely accepted language is essential to success in this role.What your day-to-day will look like:Understand contract key performance indicator and reporting requirements and client expectationsDevise and promote creative data visualization to derive actionable intelligencePerform data modeling, analysis and compilation of quantitative dataForecast and trend performance data while performing process mapping and efficiency analysisDevelop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviors and techniquesDevelop automated tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights to business dataUse advanced statistical concepts to determine significant sources of variabilityProvide subject matter expertise for all data-related processes and analysesAnalyze trends of monthly Key Performance Indicator results for performance improvement conceptsCreate, maintain, and optimize account-wide client-facing dashboardsDraft and distribute reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annuallyDevelop visualizations that will be used to tell a story and provide actionable intelligence.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology or related field2-4 years of work experienceStrong experience working with relational databases and large data setsStrong SQL skillsStrong visualization skills with systems such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Amazon QuickSightHigh level skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SmartsheetAbility to process large amounts of data in an organized mannerAbility to deal comfortably with senior managers and present without undue tension and nervousnessTechnical learning ability with capacity to pick up on technical things quickly and learn new skills and knowledgeStrong communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts into language that can be widely accepted and easily articulate ideas and logic behind all approaches.Preferred Qualifications:Alteryx experienceSharePoint experienceExperience in facility management, corporate real estate, or related industriesAdvanced statistical analysis experienceBackground in process improvement methodologiesExperience with additional data visualization and business intelligence tools.Location: On-siteIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
