Manufacturing Controller

Responsibilities Manage and maintain standard cost rates while analyzing variances and evaluating overall plant efficiency Support business unit controllers with standard rate inputs for quotations and profitability analysis by customer and part Lead month‑end close activities, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis Coordinate annual planning processes and oversee capital expenditure workflows, including economic justification for projects Drive cost‑saving initiatives, validate performance improvements, and contribute to plant KPI achievement Serve as a strategic financial partner to the Plant Manager and corporate teams, providing insights that support operational and business decisions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering 3–5+ years of experience in cost accounting, controlling, and manufacturing finance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and prior hands‑on experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400 Skilled in forecasting, financial reporting, and analytical problem‑solving Background in manufacturing environments with solid knowledge of cost‑accounting principles Salary: $120k - $125k #J-18808-Ljbffr Ajulia Executive Search
