Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Outpatient Primary Care | 4-Day Workweek (34 hours)

We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative  Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate  at an employer-sponsored primary care clinic in  Austin, Minnesota . In this role, you will provide primary care services, manage chronic conditions, and advocate for patients’ health and wellness. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-14 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable 4-day, 34-hour, workweek with no weekends

• $124,000 – $147,600 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Active license & current AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA board certification required
• Minimum of two years of practice experience, including treating patients 3+ years
