About The Job

At our Galesburg plant, we specialize in the careful production of rubber, ensuring high-quality results with every step. Our process begins with raw materials, which are mixed, heated, and cooled for mill production. As a Production Operator, you will spend most of your day working collaboratively with others, lifting, measuring, mixing, and thoughtfully monitoring machinery and gauges to ensure smooth operation Shifts available: 1st: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm 2nd: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm 3rd: Monday - Friday 11pm-7am

Requirements and Preferred Skills About You

Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
