ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2023 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of seven who work together to help customers protect their future. Before becoming an agent, I was a business owner providing financial services to small businesses, which gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and customer-focused solutions.

I’m originally from El Salvador, married with five kids, and very family-oriented. I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in engineering and have always had a passion for helping people build a strong financial future. That purpose-driven mindset shapes the way I lead our team and serve our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mauricio Interiano - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
