Role Overview The Clinical Manager leads and oversees Behavioral Health Services operations, supervising counseling staff, managing clinical and fiscal functions, providing direct therapeutic and case management services to individuals and families, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and fostering continuous professional growth and service excellence. Job Responsibilities Directly responsible for the overall management of the assigned area of Behavioral Health Services, providing administrative supervision, planning, programming and fiscal management. Oversee team that provides therapeutic counseling services to identified program clients. Carry a client case load; effectively engage individuals, youth and families experiencing behavioral health issues and psychosocial stressors in the therapeutic process. Provide short and long-term case management/counseling services as well as stabilization and support services to individuals and families needing specialized intensive case management and behavioral health services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive care. Engage in ongoing learning, training, and skill development, seeking and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and contribute to team and organizational success. Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling, or standing multiple times a day Climb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time Lift, push, and pull up to 10 lbs Other Requirements: Comply with program and/or requirements related: Background check Fingerprinting DMV Check Additional requirement: Driver's License Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum Master's degree in a related field of study 1-3 years relevant experience Preferred 3-5 years relevant experience Certifications and Licensure Minimum: LCSW/LCPC Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements: Relevant Education: Preferred: MSW Minimum: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology Relevant Experience: Preferred: 5 years experience Minimum: 3 Years 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals, youth and families Including Clinical Supervision Certification/Licensure: Preferred: N/A Minimum: LCSW or LCPC Salary $68,530 - $83,760 / year Pay Transparency In compliance with the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003 (820 ILCS 112/5, et seq.), Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is required to provide the wages and benefits that it reasonably expects in good faith to offer for any specific job positions posted.
