ICU RN – Auto Offer (Prescreen) Shift: 3x12s (Days/Nights) | Self-scheduling Experience: 3+ years recent ICU required (must include Neuro or CV ICU experience) Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, EKG interpretation, titration of critical care drips Screening: Dysrhythmia exam (2 attempts max) before offer + pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 Patient Ratios: 1:1–2 (ICU) | May float to Tele at 1:3–4 Patient Population: Trauma, Neuro, CVICU, Sepsis, ARDS, DKA, Post-CABG, TAVR, Impella, IABP, ECMO, Stroke, COVID Must Have Skills: Ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive/sedation drips (Levophed, Vasopressin, Cardene, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Propofol, Precedex, Heparin, Insulin, etc.) Weekend: 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks Float: Between Surgical ICU, Medical/Cardiac ICU, Overflow ICU, and Tele as needed Scrubs: Navy Orientation: 1–2 days Note: 50-mile radius rule.
