Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions
- Proficiency in Python, C# .NET, Java, or similar development technologies
- Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, NLP, and LLM architectures
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications
- Build and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG frameworks
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices with modern development frameworks
- Apply prompt engineering, model orchestration, and AI workflow automation
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI application deployment and monitoring
- Work with business stakeholders to turn requirements into AI-powered solutions
- Improve AI model performance, reliability, scalability, and security
- Follow AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend ways to improve business processes
