The Difference You Will Make The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role includes executing recipes, maintaining food safety standards, organizing station prep, and working as part of a team to ensure timely, consistent service.
What You'll Bring: - Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to restaurant standards.
- Follow recipes, portion guides, and presentation guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accuracy and speed during high-volume service periods.
- Ensure all food meets quality, temperature, and presentation standards.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean work area and participate in routine kitchen cleaning tasks.
- Comply with health department regulations and kitchen policies.
Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related kitchen service experience required.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a kitchen environment including heat and steam.
Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
