We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist who values providing high-quality patient care, building strong relationships with patients, and working in a collaborative clinical environment.

Our practice is focused on delivering exceptional dental care while providing our providers with the support, resources, and autonomy needed to succeed. We primarily serve fee-for-service and PPO patients, allowing our dentists to focus on comprehensive treatment planning and quality outcomes.

This opportunity is available for a full-time or part-time Associate Dentist and comes with a substantial sign on bonus.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients across a variety of general dentistry procedures
• Diagnose and treatment plan based on each patient's individual needs
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care
• Deliver high-quality clinical care while maintaining excellent patient relationships
• Collaborate with experienced dentists and support staff to provide an outstanding patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow best practices in patient care

What I'm Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Active dental license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Dentist
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
