About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to provide high-level support to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in strategic planning, acting as the primary liaison between the CEO and other company leaders, and providing managerial support for department leads and executives. This role also involves monitoring operational performance, implementing process improvements, and providing operational leadership for large projects and initiatives. The Chief of Staff will be expected to analyze and problem-solve business challenges, create various materials, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the CEO at functions. Additionally, the role requires the ability to plan and execute events, including board meetings and offsites. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a major in hospitality or business, and 5-8 years' of relevant experience in administration, management, or operations. Luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong business insight, an understanding of corporate governance, and be a confident strategic partner and problem solver. A high EQ, the ability to communicate seamlessly, and a talent for building relationships with employees, leadership, and stakeholders at all levels are essential. The role also demands the flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally with the CEO.
