As a Caregiver, you’ll help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home by assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, medication reminders, and daily routines.But great caregiving is about more than tasks. You’ll provide companionship, encouragement, and meaningful connection while following each client’s personalized care plan, documenting care, and keeping the team informed of any changes.And we’ll make sure you’re ready to succeed. You’ll receive hands-on onboarding, orientation, and skills training from day one, plus specialized training for caring for clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s.What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking a compassionate and dependable professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.Our ideal candidate will:Hold a CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) licenseBe certified CPR and first aid (or willingness to get certified)Have a recent tuberculosis (TB) test or chest X-rayBe able to successfully pass a background check and drug screeningDemonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independentlyManage schedules effectively while providing exceptional client-centered careBring a caring, patient, and positive attitude to every client interactionExperience caring for clients with dementia and/or Parkinson’s disease preferredSchedule & PayCompetitive pay ranging from $17/hour based on experience and qualificationsAvailable shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and live-in assignments401(k) retirement plan to help support your future goalsComprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance benefitsOpportunities to grow with a supportive and mission-driven teamAbout UsSenior Helpers® has been the nation's premier franchisor of in-home senior care franchisees since 2005, with locations across the country.
