About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Applied AI Growth in Healthcare Markets. This senior strategic role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding CXO-level relationships by shaping and selling transformational, AI- and analytics-led industry solutions. The successful candidate will be accountable for designing differentiated, technology-enabled offerings that address complex challenges in the healthcare sector, particularly those related to cost, quality, access, and experience. A key aspect of the role is to lead specific divisions within the organization, ensuring their alignment with overall company goals, and to partner closely with cross-functional teams to incubate new solution concepts and accelerate deal constructs. As a VP, the role involves extending the company's strong relationships to CIO/CDO and other CXOs, articulating clear value propositions, and co-creating multi-year transformation roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have a blend of revenue ownership, account growth, industry solutions, and hands-on transformation consulting experience, with a focus on delivering measurable impact on financial performance, operational efficiency, and member/patient experience. The position requires a senior client-facing executive who can lead the design and sale of industry solutions, and who is adept at leading and managing teams to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions.
