Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, Unicoi State Park & Lodge is looking for an experienced Full-Time Lead Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. Role As our Lead Bartender, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service while supporting bar operations across our three unique dining venues: Unicoi Restaurant Smith Creek Tavern Anna's Italian What You'll Do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and professionalism. Deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Lead by example and assist with training and supporting bartending staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state and company policies. Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and daily bar operations. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is required (leadership experience preferred). Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. TIPS Certification and Food Handler Certification are required (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire) Why Join Unicoi?
