Project Manager Opportunity (Denver, Part-Time) We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to support a busy advertising agency team and help keep integrated campaigns and creative deliverables moving from kickoff through completion. This is a part-time opportunity supporting approximately 2–3 client accounts and partnering closely with account, creative, media, and strategy teams. Type: Contract Pay Range: $35-38/hr. Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours/week Schedule: M-F, Afternoons preferred (12-4pm MT) Duration: Through EOY What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day workflow for integrated advertising and marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, video, print, media, and other channels. Partner with account, creative, media, and strategy teams to keep campaigns and assets moving forward on schedule. Build and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, resource plans, and status updates. Lead project kickoffs, internal check-ins, trafficking meetings, and other project-related conversations. Track deliverables, approvals, feedback, dependencies, and next steps across multiple concurrent projects. Identify potential roadblocks, shifting priorities, and scope changes early and work with the appropriate teams to determine solutions. What You Bring 3+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency, creative agency, marketing organization, or similar environment. Experience managing multi-channel creative or marketing campaigns from brief through final delivery. Strong understanding of agency workflows and how account, creative, strategy, media, and production teams work together. Strong project planning, prioritization, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget-management skills. Experience with Monday.com is strongly preferred; experience with Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, or similar project management platforms is also relevant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
