Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianPerform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities. Troubleshoot electrical systems by reading and interpreting schematics and fabricate components as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, lighting, and panels; maintain HVAC equipment; oversee plumbing systems. Follow preventive maintenance schedules; maintain compliance logs; identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of supplies. Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs; monitor quality and safety compliance.
