Web Application Developer, Senior

OverviewAMERICAN SYSTEMS, a 100% employee-owned federal government contractor, is seeking a Senior Web Applications Developer to support mission-critical initiatives at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington, DC. In this role, you will lead the modernization, enhancement, and maintenance of secure web applications that support data-driven decision-making and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and RESTful API integration, along with the ability to refactor legacy systems, improve application scalability and performance, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile development environments. The salary range for this position is USD $155,000.00/Yr. - USD $175,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
