Responsibilities Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. Qualifications Performs as a team member within the Patient Care Service Department with Medical Staff, Nursing, other hospital departments and Physician's office staff in assuring all necessary information is accurate and readily available for the admission of patients. Provides patient room assignments according to written admission Policy and Procedure. Assures customer service within the scope of the position. Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements: Current RN licensure in the State of Texas, or compact required, BSN preferred. Three to five years experience in acute care hospital setting required. Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel. Must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate team leadership. Must have the ability to problem solve and think critically. Must possess basic computer application skills.
