Senior IT Auditor

Lead engagement teams through audit, review, or compilation planning and execution Oversee engagement operations including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and conclusions Supervise and support engagement staff and promote communication with managers and partners Collaborate with managers and partners to resolve client issues and address legal, regulatory, and accounting matters Review scheduled and non-scheduled general ledger accounts for accurate entries Manage multiple engagements concurrently and meet client deadlines Create and track engagement budgets and identify audit inefficiencies Conduct evaluation discussions with team members and provide counsel Serve as an instructor or discussion leader in professional development programs Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Licensed CPA, or working towards CPA certification At least 2 years of public accounting experience Experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills Familiarity with US GAAP Exceptional client service and communication skills Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a fast-paced team environment Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills Strong attention to detail Proven innovative problem-solving skills Ability to travel as needed Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in audit planning and execution, financial reporting, and client relationship management.
