Role Overview M&A Analysts in venture capital support investment teams and portfolio companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and exit-related transactions. The role blends traditional M&A analysis with venture-specific considerations such as growth-stage dynamics, founder incentives, and strategic buyer landscapes. Analysts collaborate with partners, portfolio executives, bankers, and legal advisors to evaluate strategic opportunities and execute transactions that maximize portfolio value.
