Jobot is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to support Talent Acquisition through coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and personnel file management. The role reports to HR leadership and has no direct reports. You will manage offer letters, orientation packets, background checks, I-9 verification, and new hire paperwork, while scheduling onboarding and delivering orientation and compliance training in rotation.
