Training: Ongoing training and support Culture: Innovative, Creative, and Ethical Additional Income: Bonuses, raises, and incentives Growth: RBT Certification and aspiring BCBA program Here's What We Need From You Education: College Degree Experience: Childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred (training available for the right candidate) Dependability: Consistency and reliability are crucial for the child's success Integrity: Ability to work in the child's home without constant supervision Positivity & Patience: Focused on positive reinforcement and repetition Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Implement Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and other methods per the Behavior Support Plan Collaborate with a BCBA to apply ABA principles and teaching procedures Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong technology skills for data collection and entry Effective written and oral communication skills Positive attitude and active participation in team activities, meetings, and training Goal-oriented with ability to receive feedback and pursue continuous learning Ability to pass background checks, reference checks, and drug screening Physical Working Conditions Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs Endurance to move quickly between seated and standing positions for safety and treatment needs Manual dexterity for operating office equipment At Cultivate, we celebrate diversity and are committed to equal opportunity employment.
