- Be able to plan, organize, and prioritize work to the performance of this job description.
- Responsible for completing all ongoing notes and submitting them to the office at the end of the month.
- Responsible for accurately completing and submitting Time Sheet and Mileage Logs at the time specified by administration.
- Actively look for methods, ways to help others.
- Attend In-Service Training.
- Determine a course of action based upon information or actions of others.
- Select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when working, learning, or teaching new things.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean Background check.
- Clean DMV record.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Valid Vehicle Insurance and proof of vehicle registration.
- A minimum of one year of experience with the Intellectually/Developmentally Disabled population
- Be able to Lift, Stoop, Bend, and pull up to 40 lbs.
NorthStar operates in Riverside County and San Bernardino County. Work environment may include working with clients in their homes or out in the community.
