Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Beckley, WV

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description: The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department that treats over 50,000 patients annually. This role involves direct patient interaction, assessment, and implementing care plans in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and manage care for emergency patients.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare personnel to provide optimal patient care.
• Provide patient education and support for families.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Relevant emergency room experience is a plus.
