Registered Nurse Clinical Educator Supporting Women's HealthBaystate Health, western Massachusetts's premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Educator supporting Women's Health.The BH Clinical Educator plays a key role in advancing education initiatives across specialty areas within Baystate Health (BH). Under the guidance of the Director Clinical Education, this position is responsible for delivering high-impact clinical education and validating staff competencies across multiple sites. The educator ensures that staff development aligns with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and specialty-specific standards.Responsibilities:Supports clinical competency validation and performance tracking.Teach clinical classes and facilitate hands-on training sessions.Delivers specialty education content and administers education programsSupport hybrid competency and skills fairs across assigned sites.Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor and track completion of Competency-Based Objectives (CBOs) and other performance metrics.Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reports to leadership.Implement system-wide education initiatives at the site level, adapting content to meet local needs.Collaborate with the clinical education team to ensure consistency and quality across facilities.Serve as a liaison between site leadership and the central education teamOffice: designated facility/travel between facilitiesEach person in this role will be strategically assigned across the system to provide consistent support and ensure alignmentMentors other professionalsSchedule:Full-Time 40 hours per weekMonday -Friday (flexibility based on the needs of the facility)This role requires travel between facilities.Qualifications:Master's Degree Required: A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN), MSN or master's degree in health-related field if BSN.RN Massachusetts (required).At least three years of clinical experience in the specialty areaExperience in education, staff development, or clinical instructionFamiliarity with adult learning principles and instructional design?????Professional Certification Required: Nursing Professional Development or Specialty Certification- required within 1 year of hireAll correspondence can be directed to:Jessica Klein, RACRSenior Healthcare View email address on click.appcast.io:Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.
