Join us today, and experience a career well lived. Salary & Hours Wage is $17.63 per hour. Full‑time position working 7 days on and 7 days off. Wednesday – Wednesday: 1 p.m.–9 p.m. weekdays; 9 a.m.–9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Location Hermantown, MN Responsibilities Provide support for personal hygiene and assist individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs. Help participants grow, learn, and live well. Build meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Take initiative to help participants feel part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Preferred: at least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time management. Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible. Valid driver’s license and a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
