JeJu Noodle Bar is bringing our acclaimed concept to Nolita and we're building our opening team from the ground up. This is a rare chance to join a brand-new kitchen, help shape its culture from day one, and grow alongside a team that's invested in your future.

We're not just filling shifts. We're looking for cooks who bring a genuine love of food and a real passion for service people who want to be part of something they helped build, and who want to grow with us as we do. As an opening team member, you'll help establish the standards, systems, and culture that will define this location for years to come working closely with leadership and teammates who are just as invested in getting it right.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to our guests at all times
• Help set up and stock work areas with food, supplies, and equipment
• Assist with the proper plating and presentation of dishes
• Perform a variety of skilled and complex cooking tasks
• Follow all established health, safety, and security procedures
• Work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
• Build positive working relationships with teammates and support shared goals

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
