Vice President of Operations

A growing regional company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead service delivery, operational performance, and scalable growth across the organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that client commitments are delivered consistently, teams are aligned, and operational processes support continued expansion.The right candidate will be a strategic and hands‑on operator who can manage leaders, improve systems, support client success, and partner with sales and executive leadership to strengthen the company’s performance in the local market.
