- Experience as a Business Analyst in Banking & Financial Services with strong requirements-gathering skills.
- Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements , workflows, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and SMEs to support process improvements and system implementations .
- Experience with UAT, gap analysis, process mapping, testing, and stakeholder communication in banking environments.
