Responsibilities

- Perform surveillance of airports, runways, and surrounding environments to enhance aircraft performance and maintain operational integrity.
- Update and refine aircraft performance data and operational systems to maximize capabilities and safety.
- Deliver operational data, support, and technical guidance to teams across operational, IT, and commercial functions.
- Develop, document, and improve technical policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality support in compliance with all regulations.
- Champion safety-conscious behaviors in all processes and decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally Aeronautical or Aerospace.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Strong ability to create detailed engineering documents with accuracy.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and reporting functions simultaneously.
- Systemic thinker with excellent time management and deadline adherence.
Preferred Skills

- Experience in airport or aircraft performance systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in aerospace.
- Prior exposure to multidisciplinary project teams.
