Hiring Range: $127,587.20 - $160,763.20 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week). The final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team to support our 5 Urgent Care locations in Franklin, Hopkinton, Milford, Medway, and Northbridge. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.

Key Highlights:

• Walk-in urgent care providing same-day treatment for non-emergency illnesses and injuries
• Serves a broad Central Massachusetts community with multiple locations (e.g., Milford, Franklin, Hopkinton, Medway, Northbridge)
• Predictable urgent care schedule vs. hospital-based call
• Diverse patient mix (adult + some pediatric cases)
• Strong APP collaboration
• Supportive infrastructure with imaging/lab onsite

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable)
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
