Job Title: Industrial Painter

Job Description

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint to various materials and surfaces. You will set up and clean up paint equipment, mix paints and coatings, and prepare surfaces by removing rust, filling holes and dents, and masking off details and components.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint to different materials and surfaces.
• Set up and clean up paint equipment.
• Mix paints and coatings.
• Remove rust and fill holes and dents to create even surfaces.
• Mask off details and components to prepare surfaces for painting.

Essential Skills

• Proficient use of spray gun

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience and knowledge of materials and equipment.
• Current and valid United States driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility equipped with two large paint booths. Enjoy a rotating bi-weekly shift schedule with shifts from 6am to 6pm. Benefit from a 4/10 work schedule with no travel required. This supportive environment promotes work-life balance, offering holidays, vacation, and PTO.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Richmond,VA.
