Field Marketing Representative

Ready to hit the road with a leading brand? We're seeking a charismatic and outgoing Field Marketing Representative to represent Renewal by Andersen at events, shows, and retail locations across Roanoke and surrounding areas. If you love talking to people and don't mind being on the move, this is the role for you.

This position involves frequent local travel within Central Virginia (up to 75%). You'll set up displays, engage with homeowners, and generate leads for our sales team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Position Overview / Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the brand at community events, trade shows, and client visits
• Provide product information and demonstrations
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Report on feedback and customer insights to marketing and sales teams

Must-Have Qualifications:

• experience in customer-facing or outreach roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to travel locally during events

Shift & Job Type:

• Full Time: 5 days/week, up to 40hrs (weekends required)

Compensation:

• • Hourly Rate of $17.00 an hour
  • Our successful Events & Retail Representatives average $20-$30 per hour with their bonus included. 
  • Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities
    • Based on performance
    • $40.00 per appointment, that receives a DEMO by our sales team.
  • Vehicle Allowance :
    • Round Trip commute of 30-60 Miles will receive $50.00.
    • Round Trip commute of 61-80 Miles will receive $60.00.
    • Round Trip commute of 81-100 Miles will receive $70.00.
    • Round Trip commute of 101-120 Miles will receive $80.00.
    • Round Trip commute of 121-150 Miles will receive $90.00.
    • Round Trip commute of 151-180 Miles will receive $100.00.
